Project: So Cal’s premier artisan chocolatier - Chuao - selected Ocio to design their 26K SF creative office/creative industrial facility in Carlsbad.

At Chuao Chocolatier's HQ the layout of manufacturing equipment was an integral part of the design. Immediately upon entering the lobby visitors are greeted with a view of the manufacturing floor through a large glass window. The result is a visual experience in which guests witness the entire process - from chocolate production to packaging and shipping - from the moment they enter the building.
