OCIO Design Group led the design of FASHIONPHILE’s 23,000-square-foot DTLA flagship from initial sketch to final construction. The space functions as a high-tech creative hub for luxury resale, featuring a layout designed to facilitate a seamless flow between high-end retail and industrial-scale operations.
The Look:
A collision of "elegant-chic" luxury and DTLA’s raw, industrial soul. The design pairs futuristic precision with architectural curves and soft-lit soffits, creating an elevated, urban environment that defines the future of resale.
