What once began as the replacement of outdated exterior glazing to modernize this building, that then turned into a spec suite, soon became a full tenant improvement for the  JLab Audio corporate Headquarters. 

​

The scope of work initially was to create an office space that could work for any future tenant by providing a typical corporate core program and allowing for maximum flexibility. Finishes were kept modern and simple to allow for future tenants to easily add their own design elements that spoke to their brand.

As JLab saw the newly renovated space, they knew it was the perfect space for their new HQ. The design revolved around JLab's iconic blue branding and the goal was to create a modern yet fun interior by pairing this vibrant blue with neutrals, metals and wood tones throughout. This can be seen in the wood feature at the reception, cut to reflect the balance of bass to vocals in JLab products.
